Jim Parsons, who plays Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang Theory, won an emmy–finally.
Every year, it’s always someone like Steve Carrell or Alec Baldwin ( there’s like a million Baldwin brothers) who wins for Lead Actor in a Comedy.
Though I respect these male leads, I wanted the most socially awkward character on TV to win.Sheldon represents millions of awkward Americans who inhabit school, work, and social places.Awkward people deserve recognition since they vastly contribute to society.
I think Parsons is actually socially awkward, somewhat, in real-life. Have you heard his speech? My goodness, he totally rocks!
Well, thank you very much 🙂
Jim Parsons truly makes the show. Thanks for making a great blog entry.
this is awesome man
Poor Kaley Cuoco, I bet she’s going to be written out of half of third season. 😦
