At NASFT 2012 Fancy Food show in D.C, Faso Foods Vice President, Dave Washington had an infamous tasting with Java Gourmet’s Susan Atkisson. Dave presented Sussan with 23 different Grashoff flavors, and Sussan felt like she was in gourmet candy land.

Exuberant. Gourmet.Fun. Three words that best describe “Tastings with Dave”.  Foodies from across the United States were able to participate in Faso Food’s “Tastings with Dave”. Epicureans, alike, had their taste buds tantalized with 23 different kinds of Belgian chocolate spreads, exotic juice blends from West Africa and concluded their food-venture with some truffle sauce.

Rachel McGowan, Hannah Max Bakery, had a wonderful time with Dave. Both brainstormed ideas on how to pair her gourmet cookies with our tantalizing Belgian chocolate spreads.

Oh, you should’ve been there!

The Fancy Food Show is North America’s biggest gourmet food convention where the best of the best come to showcase rare goodies before they hit majors shelves in deluxe grocery stores.

Dave met up with three exhibitors who were not only thoroughly impressed with “Tastings with Dave” but who also brainstormed singular ideas that could catapult Faso Foods further into the gourmet food industry.

Sumintra Hearlal, Staffer for Nasft, fell head over heels for Grashoff’s Coconut Rum White Chocolate Spread. She and Dave also had a colorful conversation about associating the spread with exotic global dishes.

Though the Fancy Food show premiered in Washington D.C from June 17-19th, Dave’s Tastings haven’t ended.

Dave’s next tasting will be held this Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Zabars in New York City. From 1-6 p.m, Zabar shoppers will be able to partake in this Belgian chocolate tasting that has won over so many hearts at this year’s Fancy Food show.
