A few weeks ago, representatives of Faso Foods (Me, Vanessa, and Dennis) glammed it up for Fashion week in New York City. We were situated behind the lovely ladies of VH1’s “Love and Basketball” and “Basketball Wives LA” at Stevie Boi’s “54” fashion line show.
The show, held at Yotel, spearheaded a new direction in fashion: Spikes, Hard Hats, and Bold Spandex.
It was a once in a lifetime show, decked out with riveting songs, fierce models and avant guard fashion. Only Stevie Boi could ameliorate Baltimore’s reputation by manufacturing glam at a steady pace. A lovely pace!
At the show, we hobnobbed with upcoming stylists, free spirited models, reality stars and adventurous photographers. As Faso Food representatives, we wanted to bring a piece of West Africa to the party. So we gave away free samples of love tea to attendees at the show.
Our love tea, developed by Moriba Teas, has a medley of Ginger, Ginseng, and Guarana. Sensation, reveries and euphoria immerses as soon as you and a significant other drinks the tea. It was our way of saying thank you to all of these creative individuals who do so much in the Art industry.
VH1 was also at the fashion show too! Since I was right behind these lovely women, I ( Faso Food representative) will probably be seen on an episode of “Basketball Wives LA”. I’m kind of excited about it too 🙂
